
How to make COD FISH / KABELJAUW VISH WITH NOODLE SALAD
Serve for 2 person
You will need:
125 gr egg noodles
200gr Cod fish
2 tbsp olive oil
salt and freshly ground white pepper
1/2 cucumber , finely sliced
2 spring onions , finely sliced
for the soy dressing:
3 Tbsp soya sauce
3 Tbsp Wijnvinegar
2 tbsp sugar
2 red chillies , finely chopped
Step 1: marinated the fish
Serve for 2 person
You will need:

Step 1: marinated the fish
Bring season of salt, white pepper, and lemon juice into the fish. set a side. ( waiting till 5 minutes )
Step 2: Make a dressing
Into a bowl add the soya sauce, wijnvinegar, sugar, and the chopped chillies. Stir well until the sugar dissolves.
Step 3: Cook the noodles
Boil a water into the saucepan and add the noodles. Let cook 4 minutes. Drain the noodles and add water for stop cooking the noodles. set a side
Step 4: Baking the Fish
Heat a dry frying pan add oil and baking the Cod fish with low fire, for 10 minutes.
Step 5: Serve
Place the noodles on a plate and add the cucumber and spring onions on top. Add the Cod fish and finally drizzle over the dressing and serve.
