I dont know loempia come from... but i realy like this snack...
Also in nederland loempia is populer food... but most of the seller come from vietnams or they said : vietnams loempia. Or maybe loempia come from there? hmmm i realy dont know..

So...i like to share how to make cranchy loempia...
Inggredients for make 25 loempias:
Loempia skin ( i always use that brand )
2 wortels
1/2 medium cabage / witte kol
2 onion springs
100 gr taoge
300 gr prawn / garnalen / gambas
1 big red chili
4 garlic
2 sjalote
seledri
salt, sugar
1 maggie block
1 tsp pepper
oil for fried
4 Tbsp water
1 beat egg ( for finishing loempia )
How to make :
1. cutting wortel, cabbage/kol, onion springs,seledri,into small pieces. Mix all together and add tauge.
2. Chops garnalen/prawn
3. blender garlic and sjallote, cutting red chilli into small pieces.
4. put pan in the fire, then add garlic and sjallote.
5. add prawn and fried 5 minute with medium heat.
6. add all vegetable, red chili, pepper, maggie block,salt,sugar, and mix together well.
7. put little bit water for not make dry
cook around 10 minute. and let them cold for next step
next step:
Prepare for making loempia:
1. take one loempia skin and add 1 Tbsp of mix inggredients. and close loempia with brushing egg in to the end of loempia skin.
2. ready to fried or put in freezer.
