Cupcakes



Hunting cupcakes recipe for long time, then finally i got the perfect recipe from friends blog ( ibu Rina ). Thanks for sharing ibu Rina... :)

Ingredients:

150 gr Margarine/ butter

150 gr sugar

175 gr purpose flour

1 tsp baking powder

3 eggs

1tsp vanilie

Directions:

* prehate the oven 180 degrees *

1. Beat the margarine and sugar mixer in a large bowl until light and fluffy. The mixture should be noticeably lighter in color. ( +/- 2 minutes )

2. Add the room-temperature eggs one at a time, allowing each egg to blend into the butter mixture before adding the next. And add the vanilla and flour. 

3. Pour the batter into the prepared muffin cups.

4. Bake in the preheated oven until golden and the tops spring back when lightly pressed, about 20 minutes. Cool in the pans for 10 minutes before removing to cool completely on a wire rack.
