Sambal Beberuk ( khas Lombok -NTB )



We know in Indonesia or Asia so many kinds of sambal ( chili sauce ) and one of them is sambal beberuk from Lombok.


Ingredient 1 :


*2 green eggplant or purple.

*1 tomato

*long bean ( kacang panjang-) I cant find here dus i make without bean.

* 3 Sjalote

( all cut into slice )




Raw SAMBAL / sambal mentah:


* 15 Green chili

* Shrimp paste

* 1 tsp salt

* 1tsp sugar.


How to make :


1. Puree all raw sambal ingredient.

2. Combine and stir together all the ingredient. And sambal beberuk ready!!!


Advice:

Serve with kangkung ( plecing kangkung )
