Spare Rib

Remove the membran of spare ribs

Ingredients:

500 gr spare ribs

1 es paprika powder
1 es oregano
1 es chili powder
2 es garlic
1 es onion
1 es komijnzaad
1 es salt
1 es brown sugar

Barbeque saus ( you can buy in supermarket)


How to make:

1. mix all flavour and rub spare ribs with the falvour and close with special plastic for meat. and lets marinated min 3 hours in fridge.

2. 3 hour later take out spare ribs from friedge and take out palstic change with alumunium foil and put spare ribs in the oven ( 170 C in 2 hours )

3. in 2 hour spare ribs is done, cover with bbq saus and serve with french fries and salad.


Tips: Beter not cook first spare ribs. the taste is more fantastic without cook!!
